KeyFinance - Business Loans and Commercial Finance

Business Loans and Commercial Finance

KeyFinance is the commercial finance arm of Key Finance and Leasing Limited offering asset secured and unsecured lending for progressive businesses via a number of the UK's top lenders.

Building on the qualities that have made KeyFleet a successful vehicle leasing and fleet management company, KeyFinance was launched due to the demand of our customers requesting our advice, service and specialist knowledge on further asset purchases. KeyFinance has access to the whole of the commercial finance market and we aim to save our clients the headache of finding, approaching and packaging an application and then dealing directly with financial institutions. A client's time is generally better spent concentrating on their business rather than the obvious stress of waiting for a financial institution to make a decision on an application.

Our independent and whole of market service includes over 30 lenders carefully selected to cover the broad range of asset security and client risk profiles. This enables us to serve both the new start or challenged businesses with little collateral through to the more established and profitable company profiles with solid asset security. KeyFinance aim to provide what we term a complete "hand holding" and a "cradle to grave" service. Meaning that we will look after your interests for inception to the completion of the purchase or refinance. If your business or client requires funding to sustain or to grow contact our team today to book a no obligation appointment with one of our Relationship Managers today.

Asset Finance
Asset funding enables a client to lease or hire purchase new assets or refinance existing equipment to grow your business quicker whilst taking a lower risk. Asset based lending is available for most capital expenditure such as vehicles, plant & machinery, technology and equipment. Asset based finance enables businesses to avoid unnecessary cash flow strain and is available from £5,000 to £3m with asset backed lending repayment periods from 1 to 5 years.

Unsecured Loans
An unsecured loan allows a company to raise funds where security by way of an asset is not available. You may require an injection of funds for cash flow or working capital purposes, expansion, recruitment, marketing, debt consolidation or perhaps equipment with little or no resale value. If you have been trading for a minimum of 2 years we can arrange loans from £10,000 through to £100,000 for almost any purpose with the directors providing a personal guarantee.

Capital Refinance
Capital refinance allow a client to cover a short- or long-term cost or it can be the capital a client needs to grow and expand; the refurbishment or purchase of premises is a good example of this.Refinance can be for, but not limited to, the following purposes: capital or business expansion, business acquisition, asset purchase, stock, wages, tax liability, consolidation, property renovation and many more purposes

Invoice Finance
Invoice finance is a valuable option for businesses faced with lengthy accounts receivable financing cycles. Invoice funding means the client can receive an advance on monies owed from customers against a single invoice or a handful of debtors. Selective invoice finance is available from £50,000 to £3m and, once registered, advance payment, typically from 75% to 85%, may be received on the same day. Direct links to accounting systems such as Sage, QuickBooks, Opera, TasBooks, NAV and Xero open up confidential invoice discounting of the entire ledger.

Commercial Mortgages
A commercial mortgage, similar to a residential home mortgage, is a loan secured against property either for an investor or as a trading premises for a business. Certain lenders will take varied risks and offer terms based upon the suitability of the client and deposit arrangements. Our panel of funders will consider applications from £30,000 up to £25,000,000 whilst our Relationship Managers will help you identify the most suitable lender and provide guidance around cash flow and vat implications.

Bridging Finance
Bridging Finance is, put simply, a source of secured, short-term finance that can be arranged very quick. It is often used by a company or individual buying property at auction, buying a property for renovation and a quick resale / refinance or any purpose where short-term cash flow assistance is required.

Acquisition and MBEs
Acquisition financing is the capital that is obtained for the purpose of buying another business. Acquisition financing allows users to meet their current acquisition aspirations by providing immediate resources that can be applied toward the transaction.
