Managing Director

Marc has worked in the motor finance industry since 1995 and in that time has held sales and management positions within businesses such as Lloyds TSB, Haydock Finance and CitiBank. Prior to forming KeyFleet in 2007 Marc spent 3 years working within MNH Platinum (FN50) heading up their joint venture with Bowker Motor Group. Marc has ultimate responsibility to deliver the business plan and manage the business.

Operations Manager

Janet joined the business in 2013 after working with the Motor Vehicle Repairers Association for over 20 years. Janet brings a wealth of experience of managing teams, end user/supplier relationships and delivering SLA’s for service based products. Janet is responsible for managing the day to day of the office and ensuring that KeyFleet meets its SLA’s with both its Direct and Corporate clients.

Leasing Consultant

Giulio joined ‘la famiglia’ in July 2017 as a Leasing Consultant, he has years of experience in customer service and vehicle leasing. Giulio is also a fully trained Auto Electrician, so he definitely knows how to create a 'spark' for his customers! Outside of work, Giulio is keen on track racing his motorbikes and enjoys jetting away on short city breaks abroad.

Non Executive Director

As KeyFleets Non Executive Director, with 28 years automotive, finance and leasing experience gained from privately owned and FN50 leasing and fleet management businesses, Mike provides an objective and independent viewpoint to the executive management team. Ensuring performance against the business, financial and customer focus plans are on track and maximised is key to Mike's role. In addition Mike chairs the monthly board meetings and provides management team development assistance within the board room to continuously improve the skills and corporate governance.

Sales Administrator

Joanne works within the business on a part time basis to help the Sales Administration function and works closely with Mevish and Janet. Joanne has responsibility to support Mevish in the processing of both personal and business clients vehicle orders and has responsibility to provide clear communications and to arrange convenient, timely and swift completion of contract paperwork and vehicle deliveries to our Direct and Corporate clients.

Fleet Consultant

Geoff joined the business in September 2017, working from his South Yorkshire base. Geoff has over 35 years experience in the Fleet industry, has a IMI Customer Sales & Service Assessor Accreditation, and periodically carries out Assessments for the BVRLA as an Assessor for Technical Services staff. Geoff spent 22 years in a Managerial role with a Top 50 Lease company in Yorkshire, and brings a wealth of experience with him. Geoff unwinds by supporting his local football team, and playing snooker, he is waiting to score the ultimate maximum 147 in the next few decades!

Fleet Account Manager

We see building relationships and working closely with our SME clients as core to our business. With this in mind Matt joins us in a sales consultancy capacity to develop accounts within the 20+ fleet market. Supported by our internal staff, Matts role is to understand our clients fleet needs in terms of risk, compliance, supply, funding and management and prescribe our solutions accordingly whilst being the main point of contact for our Keys Software and Premium Account clients.

Brothers Lee and Marc founded the business back in 2007 and began to transact leasing business online as a brokerage. Lee, whilst he has interests in other businesses, has responsibility for financing the business throughout its expansion and manages the relationships with our financiers and banking partners.

Marketing Assistant

Christie’s role is a new role for KeyFleet and our first ‘creative’! As an apprentice marketer and designer Christie will be producing and arranging all of our design, print and branding as well as being very hands on with both our online and offline marketing campaigns. Working closely with the sales team Christie will also be responsible for managing lead generation and advertising.

Key Account Manager

Originally Jake joined us as Apprentice Sales Administrator in 2012 and is a great example of how the National Apprenticeship scheme can work as he has developed into an Account Manager for KeyFleet as of 2015. Jake has also adopted a team leader role within the Direct team and has established himself as a consistent and committed sales performer and often takes the lead on some of our marketing and team development. Jake has responsibility for providing advice and pricing for both business and personal clients over the telephone and face to face as part of our KeyFleet Direct division.

Mevish has only been with us since June 2014 but is already a very popular member of staff with colleagues, client and suppliers alike. To support our expansion we needed to bring in additional resource to facilitate our contract hire and vehicle supply function. Mevish, a former colleague of Janet’s from MVRA, now deals with both personal and business clients vehicle orders and has responsibility to provide clear communications and to arrange convenient, timely and swift completion of contract paperwork and vehicle deliveries to our Direct and Corporate clients.

When he isn’t performing as part of his barber shop quartet, musical Joe works as part of our fleet support team ensuring drivers are looked after and our clients fleets kept effective and compliant at all times. Joe joins us in 2017 to support our fleet management team expansion and has experience in customer service and care roles as well as more recently managing a vehicle rental branch.

Sam joined us in 2016 to develop key accounts with respect of our fleet management services. A time served fleet manager at PLC level Sam adds further technical knowledge and a very hands on approach to our team. If you want to talk engines, cam belts and body repairs then Sam is your man! Working with our key clients and leading our fleet support team Sam has an important role and is a key member of staff on our management team.

Louisa is another KeyFleet success story born from the National Apprentice Scheme. Originally joining the business in March 2015 Louisa has now of course completed her apprentice qualification and occupies a key role within the Sales Administration team. Louisa has a passion for music, health and wellbeing when she isn’t busy arranging deliveries, payments, handling customer service queries and organising paperwork.

Callum joined the KeyFleet team in October 2015 to support Jake and Luke in the sales team with view to developing within the business. Fresh from school this is Callum’s first job and comes to us full of enthusiasm and with a keen interest in the automotive industry. His family had a car dealership so from an early age Callum was introduced to cars. His favourite car is a Ferrari 458 Spider and he has a keen interest in Wix Racing. When we asked him whom he aspired to be he told us Yianni Charalambous, the celebrity car customizer!

Daves role as Sales Manager means he is responsible for the recruitment, training and management of the internal leasing sales team and their departmental target. Having worked in the prestige main dealer environment for almost 20 years in both retail and corporate sales and management roles, Dave is a great addition to the KeyFleet family and will help push our vehicle leasing proposition to the next level.

An experienced fleet management professional, Chris has over 33 years experience of managing vehicles and drivers for such organisations as Enterprise PLC, the Welsh Ambulance Service and more recently with VOSA and as interim fleet manager for JD Sports. Chris really cut his teeth during a 16 year period with Virgin Media (Telewest) as a key part of their procurement and fleet strategy team. Chris’s wealth of knowledge really compliments our dynamic fleet management team and his involvement in driver and vehicle support is vital to our fleet management service.

Mick joined the KeyFleet team in April 2017 as a Sales Consultant. Mick has 19 years main dealer experience in various roles and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Sales Team. Mick is also a keen golfer and in a previous life was a professional. So you can expect nothing but an above ‘par’ level of service from him, with the full confidence he will ‘putt’ you in the best possible vehicle for your budget.
